Job description

Job Summary:
Corpay is a global technology organization leading the future of commercial payments. They are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive bank connectivity initiatives, collaborating with engineering, operations, and global banking partners to deliver scalable payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of cross-border, regional, and domestic payment rail integrations through API, SWIFT, and host-to-host connectivity.
• Translate bank specifications and business requirements into detailed product requirements, engineering stories, and delivery plans.
• Drive integration testing, certification, and production go-live activities with banking partners.
• Manage the post-implementation lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational stability.
• Define and monitor integration KPIs, including:
• System reliability
• Reconciliation accuracy
• SLA adherence
• Operational efficiency
• Develop reusable integration frameworks and patterns to accelerate future bank onboarding initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering squads during solution design, sprint planning, development, and release management.
• Ensure integrations meet resilience, observability, security, and operational readiness standards.
• Drive complete payment lifecycle coverage, including acknowledgements, status reporting, returns, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Design and validate operational workflows and edge-case handling across distributed payment systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Product Managers.
• Provide coaching, prioritization guidance, and career development support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, and Banking Partnerships teams.
• Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and product expertise.
• Facilitate alignment across global teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant exposure to payments, banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience delivering bank integrations using SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host connectivity, or payment network integrations.
• Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycles, reconciliation, settlement, and operational workflows.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring Product Managers.
• Strong knowledge of global payment rails, cross-border payments, and banking ecosystems.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with payment messaging standards such as SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
