As we expand our payment infrastructure and cross-border capabilities, we are looking for a results-driven Cross-border Payments Senior Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, secure, and user‑centric international payment solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for cross-border payment services across remittance, settlement, and currency exchange.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management — from market research, requirements gathering, solution design, to launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, business development, and operations teams to deliver cross-border payment products that are scalable and regulatory‑compliant.
  • Analyze customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory environments in key corridors (e.g., Asia, EU, UAE) to identify product opportunities.
  • Drive product performance by tracking key metrics (e.g., transaction volume, revenue per corridor, user retention) and executing continuous improvements.
  • Engage with partners, payment networks, remittance providers, and settlement banks to build strong ecosystem support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, remittance, payments, or banking; with at least 2 years focused on cross-border or international money movement.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, compliance (AML/KYC), and settlement processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Data‑driven mindset; able to interpret data to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Brazil or emerging markets.
  • Familiarity with blockchain or crypto‑based payment rails.
  • Experience integrating with third‑party PSPs, banks, or global remittance networks.
  • Working knowledge of real‑time payment systems.
