Job Summary
Seeking hard-working, on-call office staff for the College Bookstore which services students, faculty, staff and outside community members. Duties include cashiering, stocking, communicating with customers and staff, providing exceptional customer service and strict adherence to policies and procedures as well as safety concerns.
Job Duties
Required Qualifications
1. High School Diploma/GED.
2. Retail/Customer Service experience.
3. Ability to multitask.
4. Ability to work both independently and/or in a team capacity.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
