About the Role: Aquila Technology is seeking a Curriculum/Instructional Designer to join our team in support of one of the nation’s premier defense research organizations. We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and creative professional who will play an active role in developing engaging learning solutions and increasing awareness of scalable research facilitation capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, can effectively prioritize responsibilities, and is skilled at managing multiple projects and competing deadlines. This individual should bring creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm to new challenges while developing thoughtful and effective instructional solutions that support organizational goals. There are a few requirements for the position: * Must be a U.S Citizen- Authorized to Work in the US – Must be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance (Green Cards / Visas DO NOT qualify) * Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation and maintain a personal security clearance. Employees eligible for this benefit must work remote 2 days a week or more to qualify. Buy Your Own Device (BYOD) – Team members are eligible for reimbursement of up to $1,500 every three (3) years for the purchase of electronic equipment used to access corporate services. To qualify for this benefit, employees must have completed a minimum of six (6) months of employment and must agree to and sign the Device Minimum Configuration Form prior to reimbursement. Electronic devices eligible under the Buy Your Own Device (BYOD) program are limited to cell phones, laptops, and tablets.
