Bookkeeper – Lead Financial Accuracy and Accounting Support for Bachmann Pools & Spas


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of a premier retail and service organization. This role grants you direct ownership over key accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting across our high-end luxury products. You will work alongside ownership to streamline vendor management and support overall operational success.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and vendor statements to guarantee accurate records.
  • Process inventory receipts against purchase orders to optimize ledger accuracy.
  • Assist leadership with month-end and year-end closing tasks alongside basic financial reporting.
  • Coordinate payroll reports and track employee data while ensuring complete confidentiality.
  • Support general office accounting tasks to keep systems organized during busy seasonal shifts.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Proven ability to learn new accounting and POS software platforms quickly.
