Steadfast is looking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish amp; English) office assistant. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with ability to multi-task. The candidate for this position should have exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and employees.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for answering outbound/inbound calls
• Translate documents and communications.
• Scan and Copy Documents
• Greet incoming visitors and answer any inquiries
• Conduct any scheduling and creating calendar events
• GREAT personality and eagerness to learn
Will Train Ideal Candidate in the following areas:

Job Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of previous administrative experience
