Bookkeeper

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support their accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys managing day-to-day accounting responsibilities and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
  • Track expenses and assist with expense reporting
  • Support payroll processing and related accounting tasks as needed
  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance function
Qualifications
