Job description

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial records and transactions of the company. This role requires a high level of accuracy and proficiency in various accounting tasks.

30 Hours per week

Responsibilities include:

* Manage all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, inventory and general ledger

*Conduct account analysis and reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts

*Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping tasks. Company uses QFloors. Will train on the software.

* Job costing

*Generate financial reports for management review

*Work with external CPA to provide year-end financial statements for tax return preparation

*Knowledge of Excel and Word
