Job description

This is a fully in-person role. Candidates must be able to work on site in Hooksett, NH five days per week.

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hooksett, NH to bring on a Financal Analyst. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data, systems, and financial analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who likes digging into numbers, building reports, identifying trends, and translating financial data into insights that help leaders make better decisions.

Position: Financial Analyst
Shift: Monday – Friday (day shift, on site)
Pay: $40-$44 per hour, depending on experience

Duties / Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support site leadership
• Track expenses, identify trends, and explain variances clearly and accurately
• Support capital spending tracking and fixed asset management
• Analyze inventory, labor, and cost data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to solve problems using data
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives (Kaizen activities)
• Ensure financial data integrity across systems and reports

Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling; macros preferred)
• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Reporting and analytics tools such as Hyperion, Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power Query, or similar
• Financial modeling and data analysis tools

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5 years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
