Job description

Inspire Physical Therapy | Beaverton, Oregon

About Inspire Physical Therapy

Inspire Physical Therapy is a growing, family-owned pediatric private practice serving the Beaverton community since 2016. We are a therapist-driven clinic built on a 1:1 care model, allowing our clinicians the time and autonomy to deliver highly individualized, relationship-centered care.

Our team specializes in working with infants through adolescents, with a growing emphasis on pediatric orthopedic and sports rehabilitation for active kids and young athletes. We are committed to creating a collaborative, supportive environment for both families and clinicians.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a passion for pediatrics and orthopedic/sports care to join our team.

This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to:

  • Work in a true 1:1 care environment with meaningful time per patient
  • Treat both general pediatric and pediatric athletic populations
  • Help grow and shape a pediatric sports program within the clinic
  • Build relationships with families, athletes, and community partners

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for children and adolescents
  • Treat a mix of pediatric orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries, including return-to-play progression
  • Deliver 1:1, hands-on care focused on functional outcomes and long-term success
  • Collaborate with families, coaches, and other providers to support each child’s progress
  • Progress patients using evidence-based decision-making and sport-specific rehabilitation principles
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

What Makes This Role Different

  • 1:1 treatment model (no double-booking)
  • Consistent schedule aligned with after-school athlete needs (10:30am–7:00pm)
  • Opportunity to develop and expand pediatric sports programming
  • Supportive, therapist-led environment with strong clinical autonomy
  • Emphasis on quality of care over volume

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric and/or orthopedic/sports experience
    • (Combination of clinical, athletic training, or coaching experience considered)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $45.00–$55.00 per hour
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth

Who You Are

  • Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Interested in sports rehab and return-to-play for young athletes
  • Values autonomy, collaboration, and high-quality care
  • Motivated to contribute to a growing and evolving program
