Job Posting
Duties include handling rental space booking needs and requests - providing tours of Arts rental facilities; calculating estimates and preparing proposals for space use; coordinating venue reservation dates and times, user insurance program, equipment usage, and labor schedules; executing contracts, and collecting deposits and rental fees. Duties also include creating and maintaining client files and event records and providing assistance with telephone and reception duties. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus some related college or vocational training, and four years of increasingly responsible customer service and clerical experience required. Must be proficient with computers and have familiarity with MS Office products. Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills may be beneficial. A résumé and cover letter must be submitted with application.
