• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address the unique needs of clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that strategically outline pathways for client growth and progress.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, life experiences, and interpersonal relationships to foster self-awareness and healing.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, helping clients cultivate effective coping mechanisms.
• Engage in continuous professional development through our counselor support system and resources.

In this role, you will work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges. Our goal is to assist these individuals in developing the skills they need to improve their day-to-day lives. By focusing on prevention and early intervention strategies, we aim to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in a related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) that allows independent practice.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your professional credentials.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a sympathetic, client-centered approach.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in virtual counseling tools.
• A reliable computer setup with a webcam and audio capabilities, along with a stable internet connection.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, previous experience in remote counseling, working with adult populations, or using solution-focused therapy techniques will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also beneficial.
