ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Peloton Lead Expert, you are a full-time, top-performing sales professional and floor leader. Reporting to the Store Manager, you set the pace for the team in a high-energy, commission-driven environment. You excel at individual sales, lead generation, and CRM management, while also stepping up to coach peers in the Store Manager's absence. You act as the benchmark for excellence in the store, driving revenue while delivering a premium, high-touch Member experience.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators

  • Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the Peloton portfolio to overcome objections and close sales

  • Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management auditing leads to maximize the team's conversion rates

  • Act as the floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts supporting a strong sales culture when the Store Manager is absent

  • Facilitate engaging, hands-on product demonstrations that build customer confidence in Represent the brand with absolute integrity, delivering honest expectations to build long-term loyalty

  • Contribute to essential daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a history of exceeding targets

  • Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and set the pace on a sales floor without formal management authority

  • Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform

  • Passion for health and wellness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSย 

This is an active position requiring long periods of standing and walking in the store, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 35 lbs or more. You must be able to physically demonstrate Peloton products and engage with customers during in-store trials.
