Customer Care Manager โ€“ Service Leader With Sales Accountability

Lead Service. Drive Retention. Produce Results.

The Eldion Pajollari Agency is hiring a Customer Care Manager who delivers exceptional service while driving retention, cross-sales, and account growth. This role is service-centered but production-accountable. You will lead daily service operations while identifying in-book sales opportunities and ensuring coverage conversations translate into measurable growth. This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for a proactive professional who understands that strong service builds trust โ€” and trust drives revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily customer service activity across the office
  • Handle complex service issues while identifying coverage gaps
  • Conduct policy reviews and proactively recommend additional protection
  • Drive retention and cross-sell activity within the existing book
  • Track service metrics and production results
  • Support outreach initiatives that generate referral opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with agency and Pennsylvania regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet office growth goals

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting. If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1. Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire. Full licensing support and onboarding guidance provided.
