The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Director to create and implement a marketing plan, organizing and executing events, managing social media campaigns, monitoring restaurant signage, and coordinating donation requests. Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside our current Marketing Director to ensure all responsibilities below are fulfilled.
  • Develop and execute the marketing plan and budget, aligning with business objectives and target audience.
  • Help plan all aspects of in restaurant events, including our annual fundraiser - Ella's Race - and monthly Family Nights.
  • Support the social media strategy, creating engaging content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Check out our instagram profile @mychickfila.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and support the online reputation of the restaurant effectively.
  • Help with the creation, placement, and maintenance of restaurant signage.
  • Help to coordinate community outreach, seek local event opportunities, and build lasting local relationships with our community, which can include donation requests and attending events.
  • Help to drive catering and outside sales growth through proactive engagement.
  • Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and leadership team
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to meet the needs of the position
