Senior/Shift Lead - Mobile Vet

ShotVet is seeking a detail-driven Senior Lead to support field operations, team accountability, and regional coordination for our mobile clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete weekend recaps, drive/marketing sheets, and update weekly metrics

  • Monitor cash discrepancies and petty cash

  • Assign team members to database and support rental pick-ups

  • Book doctor shifts, manage travel arrangements, and process supply orders

  • Handle credit card authorizations and related administrative tasks

Compensation: Hourly Rate

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday (Weds & Thursdays OFF) ~36 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing required

  • Minimum one (1) year of leadership or operations experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
