Director of Physical Therapy
About This Opportunity
This is a full-time Director of Physical Therapy opportunity with an outpatient physical therapy office in Edinburg, VA. The role offers a salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year and a consistent Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
The clinic is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who can lead patient care, guide staff, and support the operational details that help an outpatient office run well. This includes evaluations, treatment planning, staff oversight, documentation review, and coordination with providers.
Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical services within the outpatient physical therapy office
  • Perform evaluations and establish patient goals
  • Provide therapy for orthopedic, post-operative, pain, strength, and mobility concerns
  • Support therapists and clinical staff with case planning and daily priorities
  • Monitor patient outcomes and revise treatment plans as needed
  • Review documentation for completion, quality, and compliance
  • Assist with clinic workflow, scheduling coordination, and care communication
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with patients and referral partners

Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
