Physical Therapist Director

A Full-Time Role With Clinical and Team Impact

A Berryville, VA outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist Director to help lead patient care, guide clinical staff, and support the daily rhythm of the practice.

This is a full-time opportunity offering $90,000-$120,000 per year with a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

What This Role Looks Like

This position is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who enjoys being involved in both patient outcomes and clinic operations. You will evaluate and treat patients, support clinical decision-making, review documentation, and help the team stay aligned during busy clinic days.

The role is practical, hands-on, and important to the patient experience from the first visit through discharge.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new patients and identify functional goals
  • Develop treatment plans that support recovery, mobility, strength, and pain management
  • Provide direct physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
  • Lead clinical staff and assist with daily patient care coordination
  • Review treatment notes, progress updates, and discharge plans
  • Support compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory requirements
  • Help manage clinic workflow and communication between staff and providers

Requirements

  • Accredited Physical Therapy degree
  • Active or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience required
