Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring Equipment Operators to contribute to our Print on Demand team in Roseburg, OR.

What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months continuous work experience required

What You'll Do:
  • Operates all production equipment including B/W printers, binders and cutters to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards as described in the LSI operating manual.
  • Executes timely re-supply of raw materials while operating production equipment.
  • Notifies lead operator and/or specialist when equipment is not operating effectively.
  • Must be detail oriented; possess good verbal communication skills and a high customer satisfaction orientation. A mechanical aptitude is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate dependable attendance. Computer skills a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible/multi-task based on workflow demands
  • Ability to speak, write and read the English language
  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Ability to maintain consistent, punctual and regular attendance
  • Ability to receive and give information in a courteous manner over the telephone, via electronic communication or in person
  • Ability to engage in active listening with coworkers, management and clients/customers
