Job description

Job Title: Process Clerk
Location: Denver

Department:
Office

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

FLSA Status: Full-time

Job Summary

Position responsible for entering and accurately balancing all receivables.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Enter all Receivers into Log Book.
  • Sign each receiver for verification of its entry.
  • Process every item number from Pork Usage Sheet by recording into manual Log Sheet and into Log book. Include processing of Store Orders.
  • Verify inventory balance for each item number on the Pork Usage Sheet.
  • The process consists of three Log Sheets: KINGS/DILLON/SAUSAGE.
  • Transfer the daily RPPO data into three Manifests: KINGS/DILLON/SAUSAGE.
  • Enter all the entries from Log Sheets into these three Manifests.
  • Verify all formulas to be correct.
  • Verify the Yields for each Manifest.
  • Print all three Daily Manifests for KINGS/DILLON/SAUSAGE.
  • Enter all the entries from Log Sheets into Weekly Manifests for KINGS/DILLON/SAUSAGE.
  • Enter all Receivers into Rasc Report.
  • Enter all daily entries from the Log Sheets into Rasc Report accordingly to each item number.
  • Enter all total balances for each category from the Daily Manifests into the Rasc Total Columns.
  • Print Weekly Manifests for all three categories: KINGS/DILLON/SAUSAGE.
  • Verify the Totals from these Weekly Manifests with the Totals of Rasc Report.
  • Resolve any mistakes and make corrections without skipping any steps of that particular entry that needs to be resolved.
  • Verify true final Balance.
  • Attach all Receivers/Usage Sheets/Log Sheets/Manifests together into a file and place into correct order in the Folder.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English Language
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must attend work consistently
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Display strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Available to work overtime
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Excel Skills
  • Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, kneeling intermittently.
