Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

As the receptionist for our busy Chiropractic office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
