What You'll Earn:
  • $100K annual pay potential (based on flag hours)
  • Earn $20 - $45 hourly pay (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Flag rate compensation with 30 guaranteed hours every week

What Our Auto Technicians Do:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles for safe, reliable performance
  • Perform brakes, tires, alignments, inspections, suspension work, and general maintenance

Auto Technician Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or 2 years of hands-on training in automotive maintenance
  • Michigan State Master Technician Certification (Required)
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and general automotive maintenance
