Duties and Responsibilities:ย Business Office Manager (BOM)

  • Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
  • Performs business office functions under the direction of the Administrator in accordance with sound accounting practices
  • Responsible for all aspects of the resident trust account (RFMS)
  • Assist in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process
  • Ensure timely collections and deposits of all checksย 
  • Ensures procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month end and is the coordinator for the triple check process
  • ย

    Manage the medicaid pending process including coordinating with the families and the helping with the needed documentationa and spend down
