NOW HIRING Business Office Manager (BOM)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team. The BOM will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the facility, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all business office functions.

Business Office Manager (BOM) Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the business office, including billing, collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to financial operations and resident billing.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
  • Provide training and support to office staff to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the facility administrator and other department heads to develop and manage the facility’s budget.
  • Address and resolve any resident or family inquiries related to billing and financial matters.

Business Office Manager (BOM) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a business office management role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
  • Strong knowledge of billing and reimbursement processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
