Job Details:
  • Meat cutters slice brisket, turkey, sausage, ribs, bologna, and pull pork for orders.
  • Previous experience in a BBQ restaurant is preferred, but not necessary.
  • This position provides room for advancement to a Shift Lead or Pit Master position.
  • Typical shifts are from 11 am to 9 pm, but may begin earlier or end later depending on business levels.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a passion for great food, high attention to detail, and a desire to grow and advance with this concept.
