  • Full-time - 32+ hours per week
  • Part-time - 15+ hours per week

Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Prep cold food, salads, sandwiches, and other items daily.
  • Keep kitchen clean and orderly
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
  • Uphold \core values\ of the business
  • Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Anything else your manager assigns
  • Must be 16 or older to apply
  • Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH restaurant jobs preferred

Compensation: At Chick-fil-A Woodburn, our goal is to provide fair compensation for all employees as well as clear advancement opportunities for Team Members who demonstrate leadership potential. Starting pay breakdown:

  • Back of House Team Members: $15.55 - $18.00 per hour.
