Job Title: MP&P Engineer 3 Location: Mesa, Arizona Salary Range: $65 - $70/hr Introduction The Boeing Company is seeking a motivated, collaborative associate or experienced Composites M&P (Materials and Processes) Engineer to join our Composite Materials Fabrication Site in Mesa, Arizona. Are you a hands-on materials and processes engineer who thrives at the intersection of lab, factory, and design? Join Boeing Composite Materials Fabrication Site in Mesa, AZ, and help shape advanced aerospace platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered) * Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. * Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S.

Government requires U.S. Citizenship. * Interim and/or final U.S.

Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. * Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position. * Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required) * 1+ years working with composites, elastomers, and associated processing techniques.

* Hands-on lab experience with polymer chemistry analytical techniques. * Experience with composite failure modes (structural and nonstructural) and failure analysis. Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role) * Work in a casual, professional environment with multi-disciplinary engineering teams who deliver cutting edge aerospace solutions.
