Body Shop Manager
Join Our Team!
Kolosso is seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Managerย to lead our collision repair department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing team members, and driving operational success.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, collision repair industry experience, and a proven ability to manage workflow, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the collision repair facility.
  • Manage repair production schedules to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop body shop technicians, estimators, and support staff.
  • Review estimates and repair plans for accuracy and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and customers.
  • Monitor department performance, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage parts procurement and inventory processes.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Achieve department sales, gross profit, and CSI goals.
