A Body Shop Adjuster is responsible for assessing vehicle damage after an accident and determining the necessary repairs and repair costs. They inspect vehicles, review repair estimates, and work with both the body shop and insurance company to ensure that repairs are completed correctly and fairly. Their role is crucial in making sure that claims are processed efficiently and that customers receive quality repairs within the guidelines set by insurance policies.
