About the Role:
We are looking to add a motivated and personable Body Contouring  Sales Specialist to our growing team! This role is perfect for someone seeking a flexible, part-time position with strong earning potential and opportunities for growth within the company.
As a Body Contouring Sales Specialist, you will work directly with clients from consultation through results, helping them reach their body goals while providing an exceptional experience.
Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Alternating Weekend Sunday/Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm and Tuesday/Thursday evening 1:30pm-7:30pm.
  • Room to grow to more hours
  • Flexible, growth-oriented role with potential to expand hours in the future
Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations and assess body contouring goals
  • Create customized treatment plans based on each client’s needs
  • Sell treatment packages and educate clients on recommended services
  • Perform body contouring treatments as the client’s dedicated provider
  • Track client progress and follow up on results throughout their treatment journey
  • Maintain accurate client notes and treatment documentation
  • Deliver a professional, welcoming, and results-driven client experience
  • Proactively engage in local outreach efforts, including events, partnerships, and community networking to generate new leads 
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through follow-ups, referrals, and personalized communication 
  • Participate in in-spa events, open houses, and promotions to educate guests and drive bookings 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach initiatives, including social media engagement and lead follow-up
