Job Summary: s an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (ANP) at our clinic specializing in non-surgical procedures, this position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes for our clientele. Responsibilities encompass a blend of clinical expertise, patient education, and procedural proficiency within the realm of aesthetic medicine. The ANP will conduct patient consultations, establish treatment plans, perform aesthetic treatments and services, collaborate with staff, communicate with and educate patients on treatment options and follow up care, monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process, assist other clinicians with procedures and treatments, and to continue to further his/her own education staying current with industry trends and changes.
Qualifications
  • ctive and unrestricted RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related health field.
  • National Certification by an accredited certifying body.
  • ctive DEA licensure.
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector performing Botox, Dysport, dermal filler injections, IV therapy, treatment planning, laser treatments, etc.

  • Pre procedure preparation which may include reviewing medical history, reviewing pre procedure requirements, what to expect during treatment, post treatment care, and obtaining consent.
  • dministering local anesthesia and assisting treatment provider with the procedure, including using laser technology to break down fat cells.
  • Monitoring patients during and after the procedure, to ensure patient safety and comfort, noting any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Providing post-operative care instructions and monitoring patient recovery.
  • Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participating in training and continuing education to stay current with advancements in laser liposuction technology and techniques.

  • Utilize advanced injection techniques and aesthetic judgment to achieve natural-looking results and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards during all procedures.
esthetic Patient Education and Counseling:
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-procedure care instructions.
