If you’re passionate about restoring confidence, delivering surgical excellence, and growing something meaningful, this role was built for you.

Position Highlights

  • Comprehensive range of plastic and reconstructive procedures
  • Strong emphasis on post-bariatric body contouring
  • Aesthetic procedures including:
  • Injectables
  • Laser treatments
  • Facial plastics (optional)
  • Skin excisions and reconstructive surgery as indicated
  • Close collaboration with bariatric specialists
  • Participation in multidisciplinary case reviews
  • Initial consultations, detailed treatment planning, and post-operative care
  • Active involvement in service line development and marketing initiatives
  • Commitment to delivering safe, empathetic, high-quality patient care

This is more than a surgical role — it’s an opportunity to become a cornerstone of a growing aesthetic and reconstructive program.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $400,000
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Life and AD&D insurance
  • Generous PTO, sick time, and 7 paid holidays
  • Professional development and career growth support

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
  • Active or eligible New York medical license
  • Fellowship in aesthetics or body contouring preferred
  • Strong preference for experience with massive weight-loss body contouring
  • 1–2 years post-residency experience preferred

Key Attributes for Success

  • Excellent surgical judgment and refined technical skills
  • Outstanding communication and bedside manner
  • Strong wound care and aftercare expertise
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
