About the RoleAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis and design of electrical systems that meet KCL Engineering standards, client expectations, and system budgets. You’ll work collaboratively within department, office, and company teams to produce design documents, provide consultation, and oversee construction administration for the systems you design. This role also includes performing project management duties and participating in business development and office growth activities.

Essential DutiesClient Engagement & Business Development
Assist in marketing efforts and proactively pursue projects with new and existing clients.

QualificationsBachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, but not required.
Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience.
PE License preferred, but not required.
Special Conditions of EmploymentSite visits may require wearing personal protective equipment (e.g., hard hats).
Valid driver’s license required for travel to meetings or job sites.
Physical requirements may include sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, or lifting up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions.
