Sales Coordinator
Harbor Springs, MI
Full-Time | Year-Round

Irish Boat Shop is seeking a highly organized and business-minded Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Harbor Springs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, tracking details, and keeping processes movingโ€”while still being in a customer-facing environment.

The Sales Coordinator supports boat sales from order to delivery. Youโ€™ll work closely with our sales and service teams, manage sales documentation and inventory information, and help ensure customers have an excellent experience throughout the process. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and business systems, and interested in potentially growing into a future sales role within the marine industry.

What you'll do

  • Support the sales team by managing deals through the full sales process

  • Maintain sales records, inventory information, and order details using internal systems and dealer portals

  • Create spec sheets, quotes, invoices, and other sales documentation

  • Coordinate new boat delivery schedules with the sales and service teams

  • Work with Service to coordinate rigging and prep for new and used boat deliveries

  • Register warranties, process titles, and manage rebates and incentive programs

  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records

  • Photograph and list boats online; help manage online leads and walk-in traffic

  • Assist customers in the showroom and route incoming calls and inquiries

  • Support boat shows, events, and other sales initiatives

  • Act as a back-up to store operations as needed (opening/closing, register, dock support)
