Job description

Salary: Starting $20.00/hr

Idaho Water Sports is seeking an experienced Marine Construction / Boat Dock Installer to join our team. This position involves the fabrication, assembly, and installation of boat dock systems at various waterfront locations. The ideal candidate will have strong construction experience, be comfortable working around water, and be able to work independently while solving problems in the field.


Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install boat dock systems and related components
  • Perform general construction tasks related to dock installation and marine structures
  • Safely operate tools and equipment required for dock fabrication and installation
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Maintain job site safety, especially while working around water and in changing weather conditions
  • Travel to various job sites as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in general construction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in and around bodies of water
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel outside the Burley area for project work

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
