We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Riggers to join our team and play a critical role in the final stages of boat assembly.
Job Summary:

The Boat Rigger is responsible for the installation and rigging of all mechanical and electrical systems on our boats. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marine rigging, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to ensuring every boat is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

Rigging and Installation:

  • Install outboard engines, steering systems, and miscellaneous components.
  • Mount and connect marine electronics, including MFDs, NMEA 2000 network systems, digital switching, and communication equipment.
  • Run and terminate electrical wiring, ensuring all connections are secure and properly labeled.
System Testing and Troubleshooting:

  • Conduct thorough testing of all installed systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair any issues with electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure all rigging meets company standards and customer specifications.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in boat rigging or a related marine role.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools specific to marine rigging.
  • Strong knowledge of 12V marine electrical systems and wiring practices.
  • Familiarity with marine plumbing systems, including pumps, hoses, and fittings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
