What You'll Do

As Boarding Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our boarding department while supporting a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the boarding team day-to-day

Delegating staff assignments and daily duties

Managing boarding schedules and staffing flow

Assisting with pet care duties including walks, feeding, medications, cleaning, and client communication

Ensuring boarding protocols, SOPs, and forms remain current and effective

Monitoring inventory and operational efficiency

Reviewing invoices and boarding metrics

Creating systems, signage, and communication tools that improve workflow

Supporting client communication through calls, emails, texts, and updates

Maintaining accurate client and patient information

Participating in leadership meetings and team development

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone willing to jump in, help the team, solve problems, and lead by example.
