Each day, you arrive prepared and focused, ready to provide structured enrichment activities that keep our guests mentally engaged and physically active. You are responsible for feeding dogs, thoroughly sanitizing dog rooms, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness to our high standards.You are attentive, observant, and proactive - always prioritizing safety, comfort, and the well-being of each dog. Whether you are walking a guest or communicating with a pet parent, you are warm, professional, and kind. Team members must be able to stand for extended periods, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, sit, bend, twist, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Clear vision, hearing, and communication skills are required.Safely handling dogs of all sizes - including dogs that may pull or jump - is an essential part of this role.
