During meetings, Board Managers often take minutes, track action items, and help clarify procedural matters, allowing board members to focus on strategic decisions. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing diverse personalities in high-stakes environments.

What are Board Managers?

Board Managers are professionals responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the activities and meetings of a company's board of directors. They ensure that board meetings are scheduled, agendas are prepared, and minutes are accurately recorded.
