Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to supervise a team in the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, and Drywall Installation
Key Responsibilities
  • Work on sites affected by water, fire, and smoke damage
  • Manage daily activities of the team assigned to the project
  • Diagnose and perform plumbing repairs and installations
  • Ensure the work area remains stocked with materials
  • Delegate other duties as needed
  • Participate in emergency response efforts when required

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
  • Team Leadership
  • Knowledge of construction materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Sheetrock installation and repair
  • Texturing, painting, and trim work
  • Cabinet installation and repair
  • Experience with framing, structural carpentry, and finish carpentry (preferred)
  • Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, and related finish carpentry
  • Ability to safely and effectively use power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns
  • Demolition and project clean-up
  • Property board-up experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and DOT Certified (preferred)
  • Commitment to following OSHA, company safety rules and regulations, OSHA 10/30 Certified (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and basic digital communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Customer service mindset
  • Thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments
  • 2+ years of plumbing experience (licensed preferred)
