What is a BMS Project Manager?

BMS Project Managers are professionals who oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Building Management System (BMS) projects. They coordinate teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure the successful installation and integration of BMS solutions in buildings. Their responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, client communication, and ensuring that all BMS systems meet technical and safety standards. BMS Project Managers play a critical role in optimizing building performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. They typically have a background in engineering, construction management, or building automation.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a BMS Project Manager?

To thrive as a BMS Project Manager, you need expertise in building management systems, project management principles, and a relevant engineering or technical degree. •    Ensure all service records, reports, and closeout documentation are submitted accurately and on time
