Job Title: Controls Design Engineer (BMS)
Location: Pelzer, SC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Controls Design Engineer with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS/FMS) and data center controls. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting control systems for power modules, IT modules, and data center infrastructure across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end BMS/FMS and data center control systems
  • Develop schematics, I/O lists, sequence of operations (SOO), and control drawings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and integration partners
  • Support projects from pre-sales through commissioning and testing (FAT/SAT)
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, codes, and standards
  • Work with communication protocols like Modbus, SNMP, TCP/IP, RS-485
  • Use tools like AutoCAD/Revit for design and documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of controls engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of BMS/FMS systems and data center environments
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Revit or similar tools
  • Good understanding of industrial communication protocols
