Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 50% of the total number of business days in a given month in the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Job Description
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, with primary responsibility for supporting critical Corporate Real Estate, Office Services, and Procurement applications. This role ensures the stability, accuracy, and integrity of data flows through effective production support, issue analysis, and timely resolution of complex system problems. The analyst leads requirements elicitation and documentation efforts, supports system enhancements, and partners with stakeholders to improve processes, controls, and user outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Control-M BMC job abends and other production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Works closely with the various teams and application vendors to resolve technical and system issues.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements.
  • Providing business analysis support, including process analysis and translation of business needs into technical requirements.
  • Developing and reviewing system specifications, including outputs and process flows.
  • Development of training curriculum and training materials for existing and new functionality.
  • Assisting with project planning and execution using established project management tools.
  • Leading or contributing to projects while coordinating efforts and monitoring progress.
  • Ability to understand in-depth details of business processes rules. Document and communicate them effectively to various technical and non-technical partners.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Previous Experience:
  • Ideally three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in Financial Services Industry is preferred.
  • User-based experience around AI tools would be preferred.

Qualification/Skills:
  • Experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with TFS or Jira preferred.
  • Experience with job scheduling tools such as BMC Control-M or other job scheduling tool is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL for data validation and investigation.
  • Experience with Alteryx workflow development is preferred.
