Job description

Job Title : Administrative Coordinator

Location – Juno Beach FL

Duration: 6 months

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00


Position Specific Description

  • Interview scheduling – coordinating calendars across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives, often juggling time zones, tight availability, and last-minute changes
  • Executive interview coordination – arranging high-stakes interviews with senior leaders, preparing schedules/itineraries, confirming availability, and ensuring a polished candidate experience
  • Candidate communication – sending interview invites, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups; acting as the main point of contact for logistics
  • Must have very high attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree required. This is an entry level role but we would like at least 1 year of coordination or scheduling experience.
