About the Role:

We're looking for an email marketing executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing email content, managing stakeholders, executing email campaigns, and possessing basic design skills using Figma.


Key Responsibilities:

Email content creation: 

- Write engaging content for email campaigns. 

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine email messaging.


Execution:

- Create email briefs for designers that are visually appealing and on-brand.

- Execute email campaigns using Leadsquared

- Test and ensure emails are mobile-friendly and follow best practices for email deliverability.

- Stakeholder management:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to gather content, feedback, and approvals for email campaigns.

- Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and other departments.

- Performance tracking and analysis:

- Monitor email campaign performance and analyze key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions)


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven 2+ years of experience in email marketing.

- Basic design skills and proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.

- Familiarity with Leadsquared.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with any one of the software such as SalesForce, NetCore or Hubspot

- Analytical skills to interpret email performance data.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
