The Opportunity

Backed by industry-leading companies, the Bluetooth SIG oversees the development of member-driven Bluetooth specifications, and manages the processes and tools for members to build and bring their Bluetooth products to market.
The Role
The Bluetooth Compliance program protects all Bluetooth SIG members by ensuring the qualification policies are followed by all Bluetooth products. The compliance program ensures members are using the trademarks in accordance with the Bluetooth brand guide and are selling goods and services that have successfully completed both the Bluetooth qualification and declaration processes.
The Compliance Program Coordinator performs market surveillance to ensure all Bluetooth products are compliant to the Bluetooth requirements and perform audits of existing qualification data to ensure accuracy. This role interacts with all types of member companies from all regions of the world to support them with the process requirements.
The Responsibilities
  • Provide first-tier support for member questions and issues related to Compliance Program process
  • Work with team to define average metrics for resolution and pattern analysis to establish baseline for measured improvements to the program and processes
  • Generate weekly and ad-hoc reports for management
  • Identify and remove products in violation from online retailers
  • Execute surveillance, corrective action, auditing parameters and procedures to verify product compliance to Bluetooth specification
  • Partner with Member Relations team to manage issue tracking system and establish standard communication escalation process to drive issues to resolution
