The Blueprint/Honors Program Graduate Assistant is a ten-month position responsible for assisting the Blueprint/Honors Program Director with a variety of tasks to ensure that both programs are operating efficiently and successfully. The Graduate Assistant is expected to maintain office hours while classes are in session. Blueprint Program Review and monitor passport opportunities submitted through Coursedog and schedule passport activities in Handshake.
Create QR codes for attendance purposes and email to passport hosts. Communicate passport opportunities to BLU 101 peer leaders and instructors. When possible, attend passport opportunities and other relevant events and document for social media.
Assist BLU 201 classes if needed. Other duties as agreed upon Honors Program Assist with record-keeping (monitoring portfolios). Communicate reminders to program members regarding due dates and portfolio updates.
Communicate service and other opportunities to program members. Be available to assist students with various Honors-related tasks If available, attend Open House and other recruitment events to promote the Honors Program. Assist with the Student Board.
When possible, attend Honors events and document for social media. Other duties as agreed upon Requirements/Qualifications : Enrolled full-time in a Master's or Doctoral program. Graduate of Hilbert College's Honors Program.
Strong written and oral communication skills. TERM : August 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027, 20 hours per weekCompensation: $6,000 annual stipend ($3,000 per semester) $3,000 towards the cost of tuition ($1,500 per semester) Free Hilbert College parking pass. .
