Job description

Death is our only foe.
Blueprint was founded by Bryan Johnson, who has the world's best comprehensive biomarkers. He is quantitatively the healthiest person on the planet.
Blueprint is methodically built on science. Bryan freely shares his protocol, learnings and data with everyone to use. Blueprint has also developed a family of nutritional products to make the benefits of the Blueprint protocol affordable and available to all.
We're a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don't Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.
We are looking for a world-class Staff Product Designer to shape the experiences at the heart of our Blueprint Health Platform. You will design the systems, interfaces, and interactions that help users understand their data, take intelligent actions, and sustain daily habits. The ideal candidate has deep experience designing consumer or data-rich products - and knows how to turn complexity into clarity.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end design of core experiences within the Blueprint Health Platform - from onboarding and daily habit flows to health data visualization
  • Set the design bar on a small, senior team where your decisions ship and your craft is visible in the product every day
  • Define and evolve the Blueprint design language, working closely with engineers and PMs to bring it to life across every surface
  • Translate complex biomarker and health data into experiences that feel intuitive, motivating, and actionable
  • Apply behavioral design principles - habit loops, streaks, progress systems, and rewards - to build the kind of daily engagement that actually changes how people live
  • Use AI tools fluently in your process, from early ideation to high-fidelity prototypes (like Figma Make or Cursor)

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years designing complex, consumer-facing mobile or web products, with a portfolio that proves it
  • Deep fluency in engagement and behavioral design - you've built things people come back to every day and you know exactly why they do
  • Experience designing data-rich products where your job was to make complexity disappear
  • Mastery of design systems - you build for scale, consistency, and the engineers who have to ship it
  • The ability to make decisions quickly, articulate them clearly, and refine them without ego when better thinking emerges

Preferred Skills:
  • Shipped consumer-facing AI-driven product features
  • Thrived inside a fast-moving startup
  • Led or meaningfully participated in user research sessions
  • A personal interest in longevity, health optimization, or human performance

Benefits
Salary Range: $150-240k + equity + benefits
