Job description

Bluegrass Beverage, a Hand Family Company, is seeking a talented and self-motivated employee for an entry level position in our sales department.
This position is accountable for assisting the Account Sales Representative in producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route.
The Sales Support Representative's primary duty is to fill in for the Account Sales Representative when needed and/or to supplement the Account Sales Representative's efforts in implementation of approved Company programs and policies that will result in the achievement of sales volume and merchandising goals while effectively presenting the Company's brands to the retailer and the consumer.
The Sales Support Rep is expected to learn and master the structured sales processes in order to effectively mirror the efforts of the Account Sales Representative in monitoring and controlling inventory levels for each account to provide maximum availability of products while maintaining quality control and freshness standards.
The Sales Support Rep is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with all customers to facilitate sales.
