Job description

This role supports the full life cycle recruitment process for BlueGrace Logistics, with a primary focus on sales recruiting. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for sales-focused roles and is energized by building relationships, identifying top talent, and helping drive business growth in a hypergrowth, performance based organization. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supports the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding new hires, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring leaders.
  • Primarily recruits for sales positions across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Posts open positions across job boards and proactively sources talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conducts phone screens and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and culture fit.
  • Builds and maintains strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Effectively communicates BlueGrace’s employer brand, career growth opportunities, and company culture to prospective candidates.
  • Maintains accurate and organized candidate records within the ATS, including interview feedback, status updates, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinates interviews and follow-up communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assists with offer processes, including reviewing compensation details, managing offer approvals, and supporting candidate negotiations.
  • Participates in select campus recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships to support internship and entry-level hiring efforts.
  • Represents BlueGrace as a brand ambassador at recruiting events and networking opportunities; travel of up to 25% may be required during peak recruiting seasons.
  • Assists with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience preferred, with an emphasis on sales recruiting or high-volume recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and building a long-term career in recruiting.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Comfortable conducting phone screens and evaluating candidates for sales-oriented roles.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for recruiting events and campus initiatives throughout the year.
