• Establish and nurture a positive and trusting relationship with clients, creating a safe and inviting therapeutic environment.
• Comprehensively assess and diagnose an array of mental health disorders, tailoring treatment approaches to fit the individual needs of each patient.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies that guide clients towards achieving their mental health goals.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
• Monitor each patient's progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists, making appropriate referrals when additional support is necessary.

The LMFT will primarily interface with a diverse population of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. We cater to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required, providing a strong foundation in theory and practice.

• Proficiency in using various therapeutic methods and understanding their practical applications in daily therapy sessions.
• Experience with documentation and patient record management within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
