Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dependable Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and remain flexible with work hours when coverage is needed. This position requires the ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles, including both manual and automatic transmissions
  • Provide clear directions and respond to customer questions or concerns
  • Monitor parking areas to ensure safety and compliance with site procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Maintain a dependable attendance record and arrive on time for scheduled shifts

Qualifications
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible availability when additional coverage is required
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must have previous Valet or Parking Attendant Experience

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly
